| General Overview | Evanim is as chatty as one would expect from a Bolian, though he rarely shares the same good nature mannerisms that many Bolians show. He is most comfortable when working alone and hates being a team player. Why he continues in Starfleet with that attitude is a mystery. | |

Personal History
| Personal History | Like many of his kind, Evanim calls Bolarus IX home. The extended family Evanim hails from makes their home among the port side city of Valris. It is there that Evanim, known as EzE to those close to him, and Chall by most, spent his youth. As the youngest of the four children spawned from Solern and Tyreen Chall, he often played off of his siblings strengths to get anything accomplished. It would be a man named Obrim Tain that would teach young Evanim many life lessons though. Evanim began studying with Obrim after having difficulty focusing on the required material at his education facility. Obrim was able to coax out the craftier side of Evanim, and eventually lead him down a more technical though process. This sparked young Evanim's love of technology, and figuring out how things work. At the age of 16, the Dominion annexed Bolarus IX. The change was not as opaque for Evanim as it was for many of the adults planet wide. He cared little for the politics of the universe at the time, and just wanted to make sure his family was safe. This would be a vain attempt though, as both of his parents were killed when the Romulan's liberated Bolarus. Evanim moved in with Obrim, who looked after him until his successful bid into Starfleet. Evanim's career was an average one during it's first few years. He performed his job well and made many friends along the way, until the day the USS Helios was destroyed by a Breen ship. Ensign Chall was one of four surviving officers who were captured by the Breen. To this dya, he won't speak specifically of what happened during his six months as a Breen prisoner, though the events are said to have taken the soul right out of him. After his return to duty, he still excelled at his duties, by shied away from any personal interactions with his co-workers. This attitude would continue to follow him until he is able to confront the horrors he faced. |
