General Overview		Alissa is a fun and free spirited person. She is always willing to give second changes to people who she think deserve it. It is never a problem for her to adjust to a new assignment as she makes friends quite easily. Alissa is the type of person who you would see doing all the activities and motivating the crew, always taking assignments that no one else would. She can be an instigator to start fights at times, but it depends on the person she is fighting. She never starts something that she cant finish. Alissa has had most things handed to her in her life, seeing as her dad was one of the leaders of her field. However, she is always trying to become her father. She is an excellent Tactical and Security officer, but she was more pushed in that direction by her father in order to help her succeed and she has loved every moment of it.

Personal History

Alissa was born in 2356 to Peter and Emily Wolf. At the time Peter was the Deputy Director of Starfleet Security and Emily was a Civilian Advisor to Starfleet Medical. She was an only child growing up in San Francisco. She went to the local school and easily made friends with most of the kids. Her dad began training her in martial arts and other forms of fighting, mostly for defensive purposes and also to try and get Alissa to join Starfleet. Alissa was one of the kids who always did well on tests and quizzes but also had a fun party side, which made a lot of people jealous. One day a fellow classmate of her's picked a fight with one of Alissa's friends, she felt obligated to defend her friend and stepped in to help. Thanks to her father's training she was able to disable the main threat to her friend and the other kids who where also there scurried away. Right here and then she knew that she enjoyed helping people. When graduation time came around, Alissa decided to apply for Starfleet. With her dad as a Deputy Director of one of the largest branches of Starfleet she was let in without a second thought.

Service Record		Alissa joined Starfleet Academy in 2374 as a trainee in Security and Tactical Operations. She moved her belonging to her dorm room but as she was already living in San Francisco at the time it was no trouble. She was quite enthusiastic about her classes which made it easy to do well in them. The academy always did drills with the threat of Dominion attack, there where armed forces around all the time and the Federation feared changelings infiltrating the structure of the academy and starfleet command. In 2375, during the last year of the dominion war, Alissa was assigned to the USS Zeus to attack Cardassia for the last time. The Zeus was a real eye opener for Alissa. She was never able to take control of the Tactical station on the bridge but being in the line of duty and the thrill of attacking gave her a good feeling. She knew she found what she was destine to do. After the success of the battle she went back to the academy for her graduation. After her graduation from the academy in 2378 she was assigned to the USS Olympic as Tactical. She was given some time on the bridge but they rarely saw battle, and even when they did she was not able to be on the Tactical station. She knew that in order to truly be a tactical officer would need more time on the bridge. However their staff was already completely full so she decided to go to a ship where she was needed more. She transferred to the USS Jefferson as a Security officer. This required more manual labor, something that she would have no trouble with. Her main job as a Security officer entailed patrol duty and protection for diplomats. On a rare occasion she would be sent to help restrain someone for misbehaving while drunk, or an assault charge but mostly she dealt with protection detail. In 2381 she was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade and assigned to be the Assistant Chief Security/Tactical Officer for the USS Ptolmy. The Ptolmy was a small ship with little to no crime. Being the Assistant chief meant that she was able to make more administrative decisions over the small department. It also mean that she had more time on the Tactical Station on the bridge, however she did not have a chance to enter a full on tactical situation. She spent a few more good years on the Ptolmy before a chief position opened up on another vessel. Alissa applied for the position along with a recommendation from the Chief and XO. In 2385 her application was accepted and she was promoted to Lieutenant with the position of Chief Security/Tactical Officer onboard the USS Portland. The Portland was a Miranda Class vessel that was close to being taken apart for scrap metal, however, they were still in service. It was difficult for Alissa to get used to the inferior technology, she had to work around the bugs in the system and after a year as the Chief she knew things about how to work the interface that not many others could. The Portland was a vessel assigned to help the Romulan’s in their relief efforts after the Hobus incident. In 2386 they were forced to go back to the Raeyan Sector and they helped ensure that the Raeyan Transit corridor was protected from the Klingons, Romulans, and pirates. In 2388 she decided it was time for a complete change. She put in a transfer to the USS Arizona in Task Force 9 of the Gamma Quadrant.
